Fnatic has announced the release of its entire Rainbow Six Siege X roster following an internal review of performance during Year 10. The organisation confirmed plans to step back from immediate competition while evaluating next steps in the title.
As part of the decision, players Samuel Wizard Morgan, Leonardo Sarks Sarchi, Jesse Jeggz Ojanen, Tom Deapek Pieksma, and Antonio CroqSon Vázquez will no longer represent Fnatic. Head coach Tristan Saethus Savage also departs, stating his priority is supporting the players as they seek new opportunities.
Several former players have publicly confirmed availability for new teams. Fnatic stated it will take time to reset before committing to a new roster or competitive direction within Rainbow Six Siege X.
The move marks a notable shift for Fnatic, which has competed in Rainbow Six esports since 2018. The organisation previously disbanded its roster in 2023 before returning with a new lineup in March 2024.
During the 2025 season, Fnatic struggled despite holding partnered status through the R6 Share programme. The team finished last in Stage 1 of the Europe MENA League and placed in the bottom four during Stage 2. These results blocked qualification for both the Esports World Cup Rainbow Six Siege X event and the BLAST R6 Munich Major.
Fnatic received a direct invite to the RE:L0:AD tournament in Rio de Janeiro as a partnered organisation, becoming one of the first teams to compete on the Siege X update in an official setting. Results failed to improve, with the team placing eighth and fifth in separate MENA qualifiers.
The organisation will not compete in the Six Invitational in Paris and will also miss the regional Last Chance Qualifiers, ending any remaining path to the 2025 world championship.
Summary
Fnatic has released its Rainbow Six Siege X roster after a difficult 2025 season and will undergo a full competitive reset. Poor results in the Europe MENA League and missed international qualifications led the organisation to reassess its future in the title.
