BetBoom Team has announced Artem Pioneer Saveliev as the new Chief Executive Officer of the esports organisation. The appointment follows the departure of Alexander Dyrem Sevirinov, who led the organisation as CEO since 2023.
Pioneer steps into the role after serving as Head of Esports, Influence and Media since 2021. During that period, he played a central role in shaping competitive strategy, brand development, and media presence across BetBoom Team’s divisions.
Commenting on the promotion, Pioneer said the organisation already stands on a strong foundation and outlined a clear focus on growth and long term performance heading into the new season.
BetBoom Team also acknowledged the contribution of former CEO Dyrem Sevirinov. During his two year tenure, the organisation achieved several major competitive milestones. The Dota 2 roster finished in the top four at The International 2025. The PUBG squad secured victory at PUBG Global Series 8. The Counter Strike 2 lineup qualified for the BLAST.tv Austin Major.
Dyrem thanked players, staff, and partners for their support during his time with the organisation and described the role as an important chapter in his professional path. He wished the team continued success and development moving forward.
The BetBoom Team is still active in Dota 2, Counter Strike 2, and PUBG. The Dota 2 team finished the 2025 season in DreamLeague Season 27, when they were knocked out in the group round. Now, people are paying attention to the possibility of qualifying for DreamLeague Season 28, PGL Wallachia Season 7, and ESL One Birmingham in 2026.
In PUBG, the team placed 11th among 33 international teams at the PUBG Global Championship. Invitations to PUBG Global Series 11 and 12, scheduled for March 2026, remain pending.
The Counter Strike 2 roster recently finished eighth out of 24 teams at the CCT Season 3 European Series. The squad opens its 2026 season at the BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 Closed Qualifier, targeting a place at the LAN Finals.
Summary
BetBoom Team has named Artem Pioneer Saveliev as CEO following the departure of Alexander Dyrem Sevirinov. After a time of great competition in Dota 2, PUBG, and Counter Strike 2, the spotlight has now moved to the 2026 season.
