North America will see four partner teams for the OWCS 2026 season.

One of the returning teams is Team Liquid, the North American champion of OWCS Stage 3. The organisation has been active in the scene since 2016 during the Overwatch League era, and has become one of the most recognisable sides in the scene.

Spacestation Gaming is another North American team returning for another year as a partner to OWCS. It is one of the few organisations to have competed in more than one region, having previously competed in EMEA before switching to North America for the 2025 season.

There are also two new additions joining the region this year. Disguised, the esports organisation owned by creator Jeremy ‘DisguisedToast‘ Wang, makes its debut into the Overwatch scene as a partnered team. As of writing, its full roster of players has yet to be announced, but is expected to be revealed ahead of the next season.

Dallas Fuel makes a surprising return for the 2026 season as a partnered organisation. It is an organisation with a deeply rooted history in the Overwatch esports scene, having previously won the 2022 Overwatch League World Championship

EMEA

EMEA will see three teams partnered with OWCS, bringing the best talent from Europe.

Twisted Minds is amongst the partnered teams heading into the 2026 season. This organisation has continued to surpass expectations this year as both the champions of EMEA Stage 3 and the 2025 World Finals in DreamHack Stockholm.

It will be joined by Team Peps, another standout team from Europe. In 2025, it maintained a strong pace with some of the world’s top teams, placing third in the EMEA Stage 3 and advancing to the World Finals.

Finally, popular EMEA organisation Virtus.pro takes the stage as a partnered team in OWCS. Despite failing to qualify for the World Finals, Virtus.pro has continued to challenge teams in Europe by winning EMEA Stage 1, and placing sixth in the Midseason Championship.

Asia

Asia joins North America as the only other region to have four partnered teams.

These include the winners of the Midseason Championship in the Esports World Cup, Team Falcons, considered to be one of the strongest teams in the scene. Actively competing in the scene since 2021, many fans and commentators anticipate the organisation to once again be a benchmark for other teams in the scene.

Champions Clash winners Crazy Raccoon will also join the partner programme once again. The team has been a powerhouse in Korea, winning all three OWCS stages in the region. Only time will tell whether the organisation can continue the momentum in 2026.

Other popular Asian teams will also join the partner programme, including T1 and ZETA DIVISION. T1’s greatest highlight this year was defeating Virtus.pro in the Soop Overwatch Cup Season 1 in Korea. On the other hand, ZETA DIVISION is a staple in the eastern competitive scene, playing in both OWCS and the Overwatch League since 2018.

Who Didn’t Make It?

Following the announcement, North America competitor NTMR shared its disappointment in not making the partner programme, but congratulated the other teams. Other notable teams include North American competitors Geekay Esports, who competed in the World Finals in DreamHack Stockholm.

The OWCS did not offer partnerships to Al Qadsiah, the runner-up of the World Finals and EMEA Stage 3. Additionally, Gen.G Esports was originally part of the partnership programme for 2025, but has since been removed for the 2026 season.
