KT Rolster mid laner Gwak ‘Bdd‘ Bo-sung has won LCK Player of the Year at the 2025 LCK Awards.

Throughout 2025, Bdd cemented his place as one of the LCK’s strongest mid laners, often spearheading his team towards victory across the LCK season and international competitions. In particular, his performance on Mel during the Grand Final of the 2025 World Championship kept KT Rolster in contention in a thrilling five-game series.

Bdd beat Jeong ‘Chovy‘ Ji-hoon, Lee ‘Faker‘ Sang-hyeok, and Lee ‘Gumayusi‘ Min-hyung to the accolade, taking home a ₩10,000,000 (~£5,058) prize. The mid laner also took home the Best Moment Award.

Despite taking home the Player of the Year award, Bdd didn’t win LCK Mid of the Year, which was won by Gen.G‘s Chovy. Although the outcome sparked debate among fans, the community acknowledged that both mid laners had exceptional seasons.

Bdd was one of two KT Rolster players to win an award during this year’s ceremony. Jungler Mun ‘Cuzz‘ U-chan won the FANTASTEAL Award for stealing the most objectives throughout the season.

Winning Player of the Year at the LCK Awards and the Best Moment Award takes Bdd’s award total to three. The player also won LCK Player of the Year during the League Awards, another League of Legends award ceremony hosted by Eefje ‘Sjokz‘ Depoortere and Marc ‘Caedrel‘ Lamont.
