The Call of Duty League (CDL) has revealed the schedule for the opening weekend of regular-season matches.
Taking place from December 5th to 7th, 2025, all 12 franchises begin their Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 campaigns as the battle for Major 1 seeding begins.

Each of the three days will feature three best-of-five matches, with the winners earning 10 CDL Points. CDL Points will determine the seeding for the first Major of the Black Ops 6 season, taking place from January 29th to February 1st, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.
December 5th sees defending CDL champions OpTic Texas begin its Black Ops 7 season against the Riyadh Falcons, while the Carolina Royal Ravens take on Boston Breach in the second match of the day. The Los Angeles Thieves headline day one with a clash against FaZe Vegas.
December 6th marks the debut of several rebranded franchises entering a new chapter. Toronto KOI versus Miami Heretics opens proceedings, with Vancouver Surge battling Paris Gentle Mates in match two.
G2 Minnesota rounds out the action against Cloud9 New York, one of several teams to have overhauled its roster for the new season.
December 7th begins with the Riyadh Falcons against the Los Angeles Thieves in their second regular-season match. Paris Gentle Mates looks to build on its Kaysan’s Showdown VII victory against FaZe Vegas, a franchise known for starting the year on the front foot.
Lastly, OpTic Texas and G2 Minnesota return to action in the final match of the opening weekend.
How To Watch Call of Duty League 2026 Opening Weekend
Unlike previous Call of Duty League seasons, fans will have the choice of two platforms to watch the official broadcasts. In addition to the league’s YouTube channel, the Call of Duty Esports Twitch channel will also broadcast the action.
For an alternative perspective, several notable personalities and content creators will be hosting watch parties on their own channels.
