Six sets of Monster-Hunter themed armour can be unlocked in the MOBA game, each with three craftable variations. Additionally, the event brings both a Palico courier and pet Poogie with craftable costumes.

The base version of each hero set is free for all Dota players and can be crafted after gathering the required materials through hero hunts. Furthermore, players can track their progress through the Hero Atlas, which also provides in-game hero lore.

The Dota 2 and Monster Hunter crossover event will also release the Expedition Pack. The pack includes monsters from Capcom’s action RPG, including Rathalos for Dragon Knight and Bullfango for Beastmaster. Players can also acquire a Monster Hunter music pack and seasonal spray collection, in addition to a handful of crafting materials.

Pack holders can also craft exclusive Palico, Poogie, and hero set variants, which boast unique ambient and immortal effects.
